<h2>Meet the Admin Assistant</h2>I am the Administrative Assistant at N4 Montessori Academy of Melissa, playing a vital role in ensuring efficient operations at our Melissa location. A typical day involves supporting the management team with various administrative duties, such as staff scheduling, communication, reporting, and event coordination. 💼✏️ Working closely with the Head of School and Assistant Head of School, I oversee essential procedures like opening and closing and addressing urgent staffing needs outside business hours. My role strengthens communication not only among the staff but also with parents, helping to create a positive educational environment for young learners. I am dedicated to N4 Montessori Academy's commitment to productive early childhood education and operational excellence.
